Luxury Detailing Auto Spa (“we”, “us”) runs this website at luxurydetailingautospa.com and the studio at 10065 Sandmeyer Ln, Suite W405, Philadelphia, PA 19116. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the website, request a quote, call or text us, and how we use it.
Information you give us
When you fill out a quote or contact form we collect what you enter: your first name, mobile number, and optionally your email address, vehicle, the service you’re interested in, your message, how you’d like us to reply and how you heard about us. When you call or text (646) 474-8664, we receive your phone number and anything you send, including photos of your car.
We use this information only to answer your request, prepare your quote, schedule and carry out the work, and follow up about it. Form submissions are delivered to our business email inbox, each with a random request ID so we can match it to our records.
Online booking
When you book an appointment online we collect your name, mobile number, email address, vehicle, notes and the service, date and time you pick. We use them to hold your appointment, email you a confirmation with a link to cancel or reschedule, and contact you about the job. Bookings are stored with Cloudflare.
Ad and visit details sent with your request
The website remembers how you first found us and the most recent ad or tagged link you arrived from, for up to 90 days. This is kept in your browser’s local storage on your device, not in a cookie, and is deleted automatically after 90 days. It includes UTM tags (source, medium, campaign, term, content), ad click identifiers such as Google’s gclid, gbraid and wbraid, Meta’s fbclid and Microsoft’s msclkid, the page you landed on, the website that referred you (its address only, not the full link) and the date. It is sent along with your form so we know which ads and websites bring in customers, and we may later report back to Google Ads which ad clicks became customers. We also record which page of our site the form was sent from.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
On luxurydetailingautospa.com we use Google Analytics and Google Ads. These services use cookies and similar technologies to measure how visitors use the site and whether our ads lead to calls, texts and quote requests. For example, we record when someone taps our phone number, text link or booking link, starts or sends a form, opens a question in our FAQ, watches our video or scrolls through a page. These measurements never include your name, phone number, email or message.
When you submit a form, we may share your email address and phone number with Google in hashed (scrambled) form for “enhanced conversions”, which helps Google match the request to an ad click without revealing your details to us or to advertisers. Google may also use this data to show you our ads on other sites (remarketing).
You can limit this tracking: adjust ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, block or delete cookies and site data in your browser, or use your browser’s “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control setting. Who we share it with
We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business and the website, under their own privacy and security terms: Cloudflare (website hosting and security), Amazon Web Services (delivering form emails), Google (email, analytics, advertising and maps) and our phone carrier. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests, messages and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and for our business, tax and warranty records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we have to keep it by law.
Text messages
If you text us or ask us to reply by text, we’ll text you about your request and appointment. We don’t send marketing texts without your permission. Reply STOP at any time and we’ll stop texting you. Message and data rates may apply.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we have about you by emailing luxurydetailingautospa@gmail.com or calling (646) 474-8664. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor them.
Security
The website is served only over HTTPS. We limit access to your information to the people who need it to serve you. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send sensitive information such as payment card numbers through the website forms.
Children
Our website and services are meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
