| Factor | How it affects your quote |
|---|---|
| Correction stage | One-stage from $350, two-stage from $700, three-stage from $1,500. |
| Defect depth | Light swirls polish out quickly; deep scratches and heavy oxidation take more steps. |
| Vehicle size | More paint means more hours on the polisher. |
| Paint hardness | Some factory paints are hard and slow to cut; soft paints need extra finishing to stay haze-free. |
| Protection afterwards | A ceramic coating or PPF after correction is quoted together. |

Every job starts with a close inspection under studio lighting, and Emad personally reviews every request before quoting.
Once it’s corrected, protect it after correction with a ceramic coating or film — our PPF vs. ceramic guide explains the difference.
Swirl marks are fine, circular scratches in the clear coat. Automatic car washes, dirty towels and wiping a dusty car dry put them there, and in direct sun or under streetlights they make even newer paint look dull and webbed.
Paint correction levels the clear coat with a machine polisher until those scratches are gone, instead of filling them with a glaze that washes out in a few weeks.
A ceramic coating or paint protection film locks in whatever finish is underneath it. Coat swirled paint and the swirls stay sealed under a glossy layer for years. That’s why correction comes first: we restore the paint, then protect it so it stays that way.
Planning a ceramic coating or PPF? We quote correction and protection together, so the paint is washed, decontaminated and inspected once for both.
We use professional compounds, polishes, pads and machine polishers matched to how hard or soft your paint is. Correction removes defects for good, but new swirls come back with careless washing, which is why we recommend protecting the result.
Owner: confirm the brand of compounds and polishesDark colors show swirls first, so black and dark-blue BMWs, Mercedes-Benz, Audis and Teslas are frequent candidates. Older Toyotas, Hondas and Lexus models with faded, hazy paint can look years younger after a two- or three-stage correction. And it’s the right first step for anyone planning a ceramic coating or PPF on a used car.
A few habits keep the result looking new for longer. We go over all of this at pickup.

“I had an amazing experience with Luxury Detailing Auto Spa. I was originally quoted for a Stage 2 paint correction, but once they saw the condition of my car, they went above and beyond and completed a Stage 3 correction for the same rate. The difference is unbelievable, my car looks like it just came fresh out of the factory.
They were honest with their pricing, kept me informed throughout the process, and truly exceeded all expectations. It’s rare to find that level of integrity and quality in one place.
I highly recommend Luxury Detailing Auto Spa to anyone looking for top tier results!”
“Huge thanks to Emad at Luxury Detailing Auto Spa. I had a two-stage paint correction and ceramic coating done, and the finish is honestly flawless. I’ve been talking to Emad about my vehicle for a few months now, and my only regret is that I didn't get it done sooner. He really took the time to walk me through the whole process, so I knew exactly what to expect, and he still got the car back to me in a very timely fashion. His attention to detail is easily the best in the business. If you want someone who will actually handle your vehicle with care, Emad is the guy to see.”
“I took my vehicle there for minor scratches and swirl marks. I was a little nervous at first, but Emad first walked me through the process! He answered all of my follow up questions. A few days later I scheduled to have my car detailed with the 2 step correction process. When I tell you my car is beautiful! It’s beautiful. You can clearly see us in the car!! lol wonderful experience, very professional and worth every penny!!”
It depends on how deep the defects are. Send us a few photos or bring the car by — we’ll inspect the paint and recommend the right stage in your quote.
Paint correction typically takes 1–2 days. Exact timing is confirmed after we inspect your vehicle.
Correction removes defects in the clear coat. Scratches that go through the clear coat can be improved but not always fully removed — we’ll tell you upfront.
The correction itself is permanent: swirls we remove don’t come back on their own. New ones come from washing, which is why we recommend hand washing and protecting the paint with a ceramic coating or PPF.
We recommend it. A ceramic coating or PPF protects the corrected finish so it stays swirl-free longer.
